We offer a 7-day replacement policy exclusively for damaged or incorrect items. Due to strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
- Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
- Unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all claims

We'll review and send return instructions within 24–48 hours

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
Damaged or Wrong Item Received ▼
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — so we can evaluate and make it right. Contact us at support@kiojewels.com.
Non-Returnable Items ▼

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the eligible item once approved, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds ▼
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Credited within 10 business days
- Bank/credit card processing may add additional time
